Low Calorie Meals at Taco Bell
Yes, it is Possible!
I have to say, Taco Bell makes this easy. Stick to their Fresco Menu. The stuff is great, and some of it you can get multiples of. The downside? High sodium content, so if you've got high blood pressure, or have to watch your sodium, steer away from Taco Bell. Here are some great combinations that come in under 500 calories:
Fresco Zesty Chicken BORDER BOWL® without Dressing. Trust me, you won't need dressing--this bowl tastes fantastic without it. And, it packs 10 grams of fiber--excellent!
2-3 Crunch Fresco Tacos. Again, sodium content is high, but even with 3 of them, total calories only = 450.
2 Fresco Beef Tacos.
A Chicken or Steak Fresco Burrito Supreme with 1 Crunchy or Soft Fresco Taco.
A Fresco Fiesta Burrito with 1 Crunchy or Soft Fresco Taco.
2-3 Fresco Ranchero Chicken Soft Tacos or Fresco Grilled Steak Soft Tacos. You can mix and match these with the crunchy tacos (maybe 1 of each?) and still come in under 500 calories.
A fresco bean burrito with 1 of any of the taco varieties.
If you don't want something off the fresco menu, you can choose any 2 of the following items from their main menu: Crunchy Taco, Crunchy TACO SUPREME®, Soft Taco - Beef, Soft TACO SUPREME® - Beef, Spicy Chicken Soft Taco, Pintos 'n Cheese, Mexican Rice, Cinnamon Twists, or Tostada.

Last thing, remember to stick to 0 calorie drinks like water, plain black coffee, or unsweetened iced tea. Also, steer away from sour cream, cheese, etc., but use all the Hot Sauce you want!
